Unfortunately, intergovernmental relations have cut off Russia from quite a large part of the world with all kinds of sanctions.
I spent many months trying to set up a system for delivering my books to every country in the world. The delivery itself turned out to be possible with the help of Russian Post, as well as the express delivery operator SDEK. But in the created realities, on my website I cannot arrange delivery and directly receive payment from abroad. Now this is possible only within Russia.

Therefore, if you are ordering from abroad, we will have to follow the “four-step method”, do everything ourselves and manually:

1. In English, you send me the following data to my e-mail kataexplanation@gmail.com: name of the book (or books) and number of copies; the address (with postal code) where you would like to receive delivery (the cheapest option would be to receive it yourself at your post office, so as not to involve a courier); last name and first name of the person who will pick up the shipment. If you want to use the services of SDEK, please inform me additionally (SDEK is faster than Russian Post, but their services are several times more expensive).
2. Through my personal account of the Russian Post (or SDEK), I receive information about how much your order will cost including delivery (and what its estimated time frame is), and I send it to you in a response letter.
3. After this, you find a way (each country now has its own; perhaps the easiest way is to turn to the ‘Unistream’ unistream.ru or ‘Zolotaya Korona’ koronapay.com services) to transfer to my MasterCard bank card 5336 6902 4190 2305 of Sber Bank (it is linked to phone number +79137701931) the required amount of funds. From whom the money was sent can be indicated both in the transfer message and by e-mail, attaching a photo or scan of the supporting document.
4. Having received the money, I pay for postage and send you the goods. A tracking number will be automatically sent to your e-mail to track your shipment.

I agree that all this is difficult and inconvenient for you... But believe me that all this is even more inconvenient for me.
Generally speaking, the problem is not in sending a package from here, but in transferring money here.
Moreover, there are some countries that do not express a hostile position towards Russia, so transferring money from them does not pose any problems.
Therefore, if you have friends or colleagues in Russia or in one of these countries, or they will be there for some business, it may be easier and more convenient for you to arrange payment for your order through them. Through them you can even organize the receipt of the order (if you meet with them later) and as a result save even more on delivery. And if you or your friends find yourself in Novosibirsk, they can receive books from me personally from hand to hand – and then the delivery cost will be zero.
In general, the options can be very different, and you can always find some way.

If something goes wrong during delivery by Russian Post or SDEK, you will have their contact information, both of my e-mails, as well as the phone number to which WhatsApp and Telegram are linked. Write or call, we will sort it out.
But, as far as I know, both of these operators work quite reliably, and always try to do their best. I also value my reputation and have no desire to denigrate it. So don’t hesitate, everything will go as it should.
